The villa is located in the first row of the development and is easily accessible by standard car or motorbike, with no steep or challenging roads.
- Electricity will be charged 8 THB per unit. The price will depend on how responsibly you will use the ACs.

- Please smoke on the terrace. Smoking inside the property will incur an additional fee of 5,000 THB.
