THE SPACE
Villa Santa Lucia is built across three levels and has been designed to maximise the sea views from the bedrooms, living spaces, pool terrace, and outdoor areas. Ground Level – Garage & Private Elevator
The lower level provides easy access to the villa. There is a private garage with space for one large car and several motorbikes. From this level, you enter the villa through the private elevator, which takes you directly up to the main living and pool level. This private lift is one of the highlights of Villa Santa Lucia and creates a very unique arrival experience.
Main Living & Pool Level
The main floor is the heart of the villa. This level includes a huge open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all opening towards the pool terrace and sea views. The living area has comfortable sofas, a large TV, warm lighting, and plenty of space for families or groups to relax together. The dining area has a large dining table, ideal for family meals, dinners with friends, or private dining during your stay. ACCESS
The villa has two access points.
The first access is from the lower level, where there is a covered private garage with space for one large car and several motorbikes. From here, guests can use the private sea-view elevator to go directly up to the main living and pool level.
The second access is from the upper side of the villa. Guests can drive up the hill and arrive at the top of the villa, where there is an additional private, uncovered parking area for two cars. From this upper entrance, stairs lead down to the bedroom level, and from there guests can continue down to the main living room and pool level.
This gives guests flexible access depending on whether they prefer to park at the lower garage and use the lift, or park at the upper entrance and walk down through the villa.
